Welcome to the Pyes Pa School PTA web page.

Pyes Pa School has a small but active PTA team whose main role is to assist the School and teachers achieve some of their objectives, which are not necessarily funded by the Ministry of Education.

Our School has a current “wish list” and here are some of the things the PTA are currently raising funds for: Musical Instruments, Sports Equipment, Library Books, assisting with a laptop subsidy for the teachers, etc.

In the last 12 months the PTA has achieved the following for the school:

• Helped the school with the funding of extra teaching hours
• Rainbow Reader and CD activities manual
• Letterland series
• Two x sets of cordless headphones
• Basketball uniforms
• Wet day games for classrooms
• Chess trolleys
• Class camps

Other Events
Some of the other PTA fundraising events are the Easter Raffle, Possum Shoot,  Cadbury Chocolates - we are always open to suggestions, so please feel free to come and join our meetings as many hands make light work, it is also a good way to meet people, we are a social bunch.
